| Description: | The core of a Savage Operation is a customer focased Manager that leads the operation in providing distinctive service to it's customers. An Operation Manager implements the Savage S7 operating system and takes full responsibility for every aspect of the operation.
Demonstrates the ability to understand the customers unique needs ad serves those needs,
Understands the relationshhip between Savage and the Customer
Is a Hands on manager
Implements the maintanence, safety and financial programs
Provides direction to team and is able to effectively multitask
understands how to operate terminal facilty equipment and understands HazMat Transloading,

| Qualifications: | Exihibits a sound understanding of transportation, liquid and dry bulk commodity transloading, including hazarous materials
understands railroad operations and safety
possesses computer skills, office organization and administrative abilities
Demonstrates good interpersonal skills
serves as an example for professionalism and customer services within the operation. |
